- When it happened, the message shown, and the recipe URL if available
Refunds and subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased through App Store or Google Play follow that store's subscription management and refund process. ReciGom can help when payment state is not reflected correctly in app entitlement.
Response target
We aim to send an initial response within 3 business days. We prioritize issues that block use, such as entitlement, account deletion, and payment state reflection.
Account deletion
If you need to delete your account, use the in-app account deletion path or review the account deletion request page.
