Delete Account Request

In app settings, choose account deletion and complete the confirmation step. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. This is the fastest path.

You can request account deletion by emailing contact@recigom.com. Please include the following so we can verify and process it faster: account email, platform used, reason for deletion request.

We first verify the account email and in-app account status, and may ask for additional confirmation if needed. We aim to send an initial response within 3 business days.

Account identifiers, personal profile data, and subscription entitlement records linked to the account are in scope for deletion. Save usage records are kept even after deletion to prevent repeat claims of the one-time welcome credit, and payment disputes, security logs, and legally required records may also be retained as needed. Recipes and shopping data stored in a shared kitchen may remain for the other members.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Please also cancel in the subscription management of the store where you paid.
