Terms and Refund Policy

These terms apply between ReciGom LLC (California, USA) and users of the ReciGom service. By using the service you agree to these terms. The service is intended for users aged 14 and older. Contact: contact@recigom.com.

ReciGom is a mobile app that turns saved recipe links into recipe cards and shopping lists. The paid product is the monthly ReciGom Chef subscription.

The app uses Google Maps for its regional recipe map feature. Your use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the then-current Google Terms of Service (including the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service) and the Google Privacy Policy.

• Free: no card required, a one-time credit of 10 recipe saves followed by 1 refill per week (no rollover), and up to 15 minutes per video
• Chef: monthly subscription, 20 recipe saves per month with no weekly cap (unused saves do not roll over), and up to 30 minutes per video
• There is no separate free trial and no annual plan.
• The subscription price follows the price shown by your App Store or Google Play storefront.
• Videos longer than 30 minutes are not supported on any plan.
• A save is only counted when the analysis succeeds and a recipe is stored. Failed analyses do not consume saves.
• Resubmitting a video you already saved does not consume a new save; we point you to the existing recipe card.
• Repeated failures on the same video may temporarily limit retries.
• Save limits are counted per account. Whichever kitchen (shared workspace) you save into, the save is deducted from your own account's limit.

• iOS billing uses Apple App Store in-app purchase, and Android billing uses Google Play Billing. ReciGom does not run its own payment system.
• The Chef subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel; unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, the next period is charged to your store account.
• How to cancel — iOS: Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Android: Google Play > profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
• If the subscription price changes, we announce it in advance, and the new price applies from the next renewal.
• To cancel or request a refund, follow the subscription management and refund process of the store you paid through.
• Once delivery of digital content such as AI analysis has begun, withdrawal rights for that part may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. The Free plan's free saves let you try the service before purchasing.
• If a refund, revocation, chargeback, or subscription expiration is confirmed, Chef entitlement may return to Free limits.
• Access to already saved recipes is prioritized, while new AI analysis may be limited by the current entitlement.

Copyright in the analyzed videos belongs to the original creators and platforms. ReciGom organizes the links you submit into recipe cards and shopping lists for your personal use, and recipe cards keep a source link back to the original video. Recipe cards are not a substitute for watching the original video, and you must not use the service in a way that infringes the rights of others.

You allow ReciGom to process and display your saved recipes and shopping data to the extent needed to operate the service and share them with your kitchen members. This permission is limited to providing the service.

Rights holders who believe their work is being used on ReciGom in an infringing way can notify our designated agent below. When a report is confirmed we take action such as removing or disabling access to the content, and accounts that repeatedly infringe may be terminated.

Under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), a notification must include:

• A signature (including electronic) of the copyright owner or an authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Information reasonably sufficient to locate the material (for example the recipe link or source video URL)
• Your contact information: address, telephone number, and email
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notification to the same address. Knowingly false reports may carry legal liability.

Fair-use limits may apply to automated repeat requests, abnormal usage, or activity that harms service stability, and repeated abuse may lead to restricted access. Repeatedly claiming the one-time welcome credit — for example by deleting and re-creating accounts — is not allowed.

Accounts that violate these terms or harm service stability may receive warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, or termination. Service features may change or be discontinued as the service evolves, and material changes affecting paid features are announced in advance.

The service is provided "AS IS", and to the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. AI analysis results (ingredients, amounts, cooking steps) are automatically organized reference information and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. For matters like allergies and food safety, always check the original video and the actual ingredients.

Filters and labels are automatically extracted and classified from the original video. ReciGom does not verify or guarantee their accuracy, and automatic classification can attach an incorrect label.

ReciGom provides filters based on ingredients, cooking method, and dish type. It does not provide filters intended for dietary restrictions, allergies, or medical diets. Filters, labels, and extracted ingredient information must not be relied on for decisions about allergies, dietary restrictions, medical diets, suitability for infants or children, or food storage safety. Always check the original video and the actual ingredients.

To the extent permitted by law, ReciGom LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the three months before the claim arose. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this clause.

If a third-party claim arises because you violated these terms or submitted links or content that infringe the rights of others, you will compensate ReciGom LLC for the reasonable losses it incurs as a result.

These terms are between you and ReciGom LLC; Apple and Google are not parties to them. ReciGom is responsible for maintaining and supporting the app. Apple, Google, and their subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Where mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence protect you, that protection applies regardless of this clause. When the terms change, including plans and usage limits, we update this page, and material changes are announced in the app.

If part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a right immediately does not waive it. These terms are the entire agreement between you and ReciGom LLC about the use of the service.
